Schumpies were cookies made from egg white, Sometimes we had a lot of egg white when we made cake. Don’t throw it away, made schumpies from it.

Eating it taste like you eat a candy, you can choose to chew it or feel it melts in your mouth. usually eat it when i was a kid.

Tiramisu - Italian Dessert

Tiramisu is a famous Italia dessert around the world. It is made of ladyfingers or Savoiardi dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks and mascarpone, and flavored with liquor and cocoa. 


Usually Tiramisu has sweet, salty taste from mascarpone with bitter taste from cocoa. And also has liqour scent from it. Hmm....

Elmo Cupcakes

yay... so cute...... i love Elmo so much. 

I found this funny Elmo cupcakes from Lena site's. Looking Elmo cute little face, i think can't bear to eat it. 
Love this idea so much. Lena said she's frosted them with fresh cream using the grass tip to pump the hair. The eyes are made of cream and chocolate nip, and used orange peanuts for the nose.
